Coco Ichibanya curry restaurants have a boxed animal-ingredient free curry to buy and bring home. It should be near the register. It can also be purchased online throught their site and through Amazon Japan.

The boxed retort pouch vegetarian curry/yasai karē/野菜カレー is marked “does not contain animal ingredients/doubutsu yurai no genzairyou wo shiyou shite inai karē desu/動物由来の原材料を使用していないカレーです.” The box also says “Recommended for vegetarians” in English.

This product is meant to be heated up and then eaten. It says on the package not to open the package and microwave this flavor of curry in a bowl as may affect the flavor of the vegetables. One is meant to open the box, remove the pouch inside, boil the pouch unopened in hot water for 5-7 minutes, remove from the water, open and serve.
