According to Wikipedia, Japchae is a Korean dish prepared with stir-fried noodles and vegetables (and lately meat). This product includes soybean meat, noodles, and sauce, so only the vegetables need to be added in. The product page reads “chemical seasonings not used” in Japanese, 化学調味料不使用/kagaku choumiryou fushiyou.
