This starter for soymilk yogurt was found at a Bio c’ Bon grocery store. It uses plant-derived lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum, often found on vegetable and plant fermentations) and plant-based raw materials for production. Milk is not used. The website mentions that the product is good for vegetarians.
