TOPVALU Vegetive Melty Shreds

Can be found in some Aeon and Aeon-affiliated stores. It has an English warning on the front of the package saying “May contain animal-derived ingredients, depending on the product.” It appears to mean that some products in the same Vegetive line contain animal products.

A Twitter user contacted the company shortly after the product’s release (in early 2020) and found that the product has no animal ingredients.

Ingredients: Soymilk (contains soybeans), edible vegetable oil (coconut oil, rapeseed oil), chickpea powder, salt, fermented seasoning liquid, yeast extract, dextrin/processed starch, cellulose, pH adjusting agent, flavoring, coloring (carotene).
