Aeon’s house brand TopValu has both animal-ingredient-free and non-animal-ingredient-free products out under their “Vegetive” line. “もっと植物由来,” motto shokubutsu yurai, meaning “more plant-derived,” is written on the packages, so they seem to be aiming for a reduction in the amount of animal products used, however, some products in the line contain animal products like eggs, dairy, and meat.
