Megmilk Snow Brand Co Ltd Pizza Crust/雪印メグミルク ピザクラスト. Ingredients: Wheat flour, vegetable oil, sugar, yeast, salt. Made in a factory that produces items containing milk components. The following five-pack of pizza crusts was found in the frozen section of a branch of the Gyomu Sūpā supermarket chain. It says on the package it's sold by Kobe Bussan, which owns the Gyomu Sūpā supermarket chain, so it probably can't be found in other shops, excepting from resellers.
