Ohsawa Veggie Brown Rice Ramen, Miso/オーサワのベジ玄米ラーメン(みそ). Ingredients: Noodles (flour, brown rice flour, wheat gluten, salt), miso, soy sauce, fermented seasoning, maple sugar, spice, vegetable oil (sesame oil), salt, yeast extract, kelp powder. (Product includes wheat, soy and sesame.) Products containing shrimp, crab, soba, egg, milk, and peanuts are processed in the same factory. Uses domestic wheat and brown rice flour. Does not use lye water.
